Solution If you have not yet submitted a ticket to the help desk, simply click the "submit a ticket" link.

You are NOT required to register before submitting a ticket.

Once you have submitted a ticket you will automatically be sent an email containing a password to login with the same email address you used to submit the ticket. You can then view any tickets you submit and the replies.

If for any reason you do not receive the email with the login password, click here to have it resent.
